Become a part of Team Reeves Ranch with a Co-Ownership dog!

Over the years we have made many good relationships with co-ownership partners. This program allows the TRR dog to be in possession of the Co-Owner during its life while still maintaining status and function as a breeding dog for a contracted number of litters for TRR. The Co-Owner will provide the dog with a loving home and support TRR’s breeding needs through the Co-Ownership Program. As such, TRR will to pay Co-Owner $500 per litter that the dog produces over the course of the Co-Ownership. We will whelp 2 liters of puppies per year starting at 2 years of age for a total of 4 litters. Breeding will be every heat cycle starting at 2 years of age. (This is contingent upon the health and testing for the Co-Owner Dog.) Co-Owner Dog is the property of TRR & Co-Owner until all terms of the Contract have been fulfilled. Upon satisfaction of the Contract, TRR will relinquish full ownership and full AKC paperwork to Co-Owner. During the time of the contract, both parties agree to work with each other with transportation, testing and continual communication. TRR dog will be arrive at TR ranch for breeding (approximately 2 weeks) and birthing (approximately 7 weeks) for each litter. DNA and OFA testing will need to be performed and will be paid by TRR. Co-Ownership dog will need to be kept in top condition including weight management and maintain all vaccinations and dewormings. In addition, Co-Owner may select one puppy to keep for themselves from any one litter. Co-Owner dog may also be required to leave to be shown in Texas for 2 months when it is 6 months old. This will be determined once the puppy is 6 months old. All show and breeding fees, including transportation are paid for by TRR.
